Fate, prayer, and signs

I'm not sure if I entirely believe in signs...but I do think some things just aren't coincidences.  Those of you who know me know I've been praying on a journey I'm about to embark on.... Well,  I started off my rainy morning praying about it....

and this is what I came across less than an hour later on my way to work.

 Coincidence? or Fate?
